Client Support - Coaching in Business

Gregory Martin Search's personal coaching approach makes our service different from other recruiters.

Our recruitment business model is based on investing our time in talent scouting and career coaching publishing people. This brings our clients excellent results, and a natural progression of this new approach is that many clients also ask us to also provide Executive Coaching as a stand alone service seperate from our recruitment services.

The coaching we provide can just consist of a single coaching session to help say an individual create greater awareness around a thorny issue. Or it can be a series of coaching sessions short-term over weeks or long-term over months, as part of the Executives ongoing personal development plan.

Contact Greg Evaristo anytime at greg@gregorymartin.org to confidentially discuss how our coaching can work and be tailored for you or your organisation.

We have bigger houses and smaller families, more conveniences, but less time. We have more degrees but less sense, more knowledge, but less judgment, more experts, yet more problems. Read more...

March Interview Tip

Handling Interview Rejection
It's natural to take it personally when you don't get invited for an interview, especially when on paper you feel you are clearly a suitable candidate. As professional recruiters, we know that candidate selection is rarely based on logic, but more on a feeling that a certain person is the right candidate. Try not to take any rejection personally as 99% of the time it really is not. more info
