So why do we offer Coaching to candidates?

Our career coaching and talent scouting approach to recruitment has naturally led to many candidates asking us to also provide them with individual career coaching to help decide the next career step and to develop individual strengths to accelerate their career progress.

The individual coaching we provide can be either be a single coaching session to help you decide where you really want to be in your career, or simply to create greater self-awareness how best to market your skills and experience. Or it can be a series of coaching sessions short-term or long-term, as part of your career development plan. As you would expect, here is a small cost for personal career coaching, but it's a lot less than you might think and you get the very best support available as many of our personal career coaching clients can testify.

If you are interested, please contact Greg Evaristo anytime at greg@gregorymartin.org to confidentially discuss how our individual career coaching can help you land that ideal new role.

March Interview Tip

Handling Interview Rejection
It's natural to take it personally when you don't get invited for an interview, especially when on paper you feel you are clearly a suitable candidate. As professional recruiters, we know that candidate selection is rarely based on logic, but more on a feeling that a certain person is the right candidate. Try not to take any rejection personally as 99% of the time it really is not. more info
